FRONT RUNNERS WARRANTY

Front Runner Racks 2000 (Pty) Ltd products are warranted to be of satisfactory quality, fit for its purpose and comply with applicable specifications, for a period of sixty (60) months from date of purchase (verified by reference to your proof of purchase), on roof racks and twenty four (24) months on fuel tanks and steel 4x4 accessories.

This warrant does not apply if the Product has –

1. been mishandled, misused, willfully damaged, neglected, repaired, altered or defaced in any way by non- Front Runner Racks 2000 (Pty) Ltd representative(s).
2. exceeds the load rating of the vehicle;
3. a defect arising as a result of failure to follow the fitting instructions;
4. a defect which has risen from the use of non – Front Runner Racks 2000 (Pty) Ltd approved accessories; and
5. a defect which has risen due to ordinary wear and tear, having regard to the circumstances in which the goods are intended to ordinarily be used;
6. been exposed to speeds exceeding the applicable speed limit on the particular road and disregarding the road conditions.

Front Runner Racks 2000 (Pty) Ltd will not be held liable for any consequential damage or claims as a result of the customer being negligent, misusing and/or mishandling, willfully damaging , repairing, altering or defacing any of Front Runner Racks 2000 (Pty) Ltd product(s) purchased.

Should any Front Runner Racks 2000 (Pty) Ltd product purchased be, or become faulty or defective within the specified warranty period, it will be repaired or replaced by Front Runner Racks 2000 (Pty) Ltd, and refitted at the Dealer where it was originally purchased.

CAUTION : TAKE NOTE, OFF ROAD DRIVING MAY DAMAGE YOUR VEHICLE IF YOU DO NOT DRIVE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ROAD CONDITIONS AND OVERLOAD YOUR VEHICLE.
